A personal note

Clarity was built with one goal: to make running a jewelry business easier.

Before starting Clarity, I worked with a multi-location jewelry retailer that struggled to find software built for the way jewelry stores actually operate. We tested nearly every point of sale system we could find. The jewelry-specific platforms felt outdated and difficult to use, while the newer modern systems were designed for simpler retail environments and lacked the tools jewelry stores actually need.

So we decided to build our own.

Every feature in Clarity comes from real problems jewelers face every day – managing repairs, tracking custom jobs, handling inventory, serving customers, and keeping operations running smoothly across locations.

We’ve been in the trenches ourselves. We understand the challenges because we’ve lived them, and we built Clarity to simplify the work so jewelers can focus on growing their business.
